Inclusion Criteria

Blind individual or individual with low vision; age between 18 and 59 years; cognitive autonomy assessed by the cut-off points of the Mini-Mental State Examination; and no neurological, cardiac or disabling musculoskeletal diseases.

Exclusion Criteria

Missing three or more consecutive sessions of physiotherapy and/or missing five sessions during the period of the protocol execution. Furthermore, participants who clearly had difficulties understanding the questionnaire at some point of the study were excluded.
