Inclusion Criteria

Patient of either gender with Age 18 to 60 years

Patients having small bowel perforations

Early presenting within 48 hours

American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class I, II and III

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria

1Patients having perforations other than small bowel perforations

2.Not willing for giving consent

3.Operative indication of any other specialty

Indications for restricted mobility and prolong per urethral catheter

3.Patient undergoing on mechanical ventilator for period greater than 24 hours

4.Organ failure in peri-op periods

5.Patients those required inotropes support for more than 24 hours

6.Pregnant female

7.Patient in septic shock at time of admission
