Included are patients with acute blunt injuries of the muscular, tendon and joint system, which are not permanently subject to therapy. The trauma must not be older than 48 hours. The presence of at least one of the following types of injury must be ensured:
- bruise
- Strain
- tension
- swelling
- Sprain
- hematoma
Before being included in the study, the investigator will ensure that there is no serious traumatic or chronic finding and that long-term treatment is not required
- Patients with an open wound on the affected part of the body
- Patients with fractures, torn ligaments, surgical procedures, with recurrent chronic complaints and local skin infections, which do not allow the study medication.
- Patients taking anticoagulation or anti-platelet drugs
- Age <18,> 85
- Allergy or intolerance to one or more of the ingredients used
- permanent use of painkillers
- Use of steroidal or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
within 48 hours of the onset of injury (topically, orally or intravenously)
- Pregnancy and breast feeding period
- Inability to adequately participate in the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Symptom pain with bruising, straining, tension, swelling, sprain and hematoma; pain grading from 0 (no pain) to 10 (strongest imaginable pain). Reduction in the severity of the complaint over the period of use.
