(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic scoliosis, (2) age 10-22 years old (including 10 years old, including 22 years old), regardless of gender, (3) X-ray screening Cobb angle within 10-25° (excluding 10°, excluding 25°), (4) scoliosis progression factor = 1.6. Formula: [Cobb angle - (Risser's sign × 3)]/age; (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this trial;
(1) Congenital, neuromuscular, neurofibroma, interstitial lesions and traumatic scoliosis; (2) Accompanied by severe osteoporosis and other diseases that are not suitable for stretching treatment; (3) Patients with suspected or diagnosed spinal joint, soft tissue and neuraxial tumors; (4) Patients with suspected or confirmed spinal instability such as spondylolisthesis; (5) Patients with severe skin injury, bleeding or skin disease in the spine area; (6) Those with a true leg length difference of more than 2cm in both lower limbs (measurement method: take a tape measure, one end is fixed in the greater trochanter, and the other end is read at the tip of the medial malleolus, and the leg length difference is more than 2cm is excluded.) ); (7) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
