Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with fracture of femur including fracture shaft of femur and fractur neck of femur.
2. Patients of age between 18 to 80 years under ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with head injury and poor GCS
2. Patients with pelvic fracture and bilateral femur fracture
3. Patients with known allergy for local anaesthetics
4. Patients with bleeding tendencies or raised INR
