Inclusion Criteria

1.Term pregnancy
2.Singleton

Exclusion Criteria

1.Multiple gestation
2.Polyhydramnios
3.Anemia (Hb<10gm/dl)
4.Rupture of amniotic sac
5.Receive anticoagulant drug
6.Previous post-partum haemorrhage, History of bad obstetrical outcome
7.High risk co-morbidity (eg., cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, hepatobiliary disease, Chronic kidney disease, Hematologic disorder)
8.Body temperature more than 38 degree Celsius
9.Family history of coagulopathy
10.Abnormal placentation
11.Placental abruption
12.Pelvic mass (eg., myopia uteri, ovarian tumor)
13.Uterine rupture
14.Preeclampsia with severe feature, eclampsia
15.Unstable maternal vital sign
16.Abnormal fetal heart tracing
17.Intra-operative complication (severe adhesion, uterine atony, internal organ injury)
