1.Subject will be included irrespective of gender,religion, economical status, Occupation education etc
2.Subject having complains of Peeta varnata, Daurbalya, Avipaka, Daha, Aruchi, Angsaad
3.Subjects in the age group of 16 to 60 years
4.Subject having serum bilirubin level more than 1 mg/d
1.pregnancy
2.kamala with updrava and Kamala occuring as an updrava in other diseases
3.Cirrhosis of liver
4.Obstructive jaundice
5.Chronic hepatitis
6.subjects having serum bilirubin level more than 10 mg /dL
7.Patients with serum bilirubin level less than 1 mg/d
