入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Subjects with incomplete spinal cord injury ( ASIA-B,C,D )
- •2.Level of injury C4 to C8
- •3.Subjects with post injury duration equal to or greater than 3 months.
- •4.Subjects able to demonstrate at least trace voluntary thumb movement.
- •5.Subjects with MMSE score equals to or greater than 24.
- •6.Subjects who are medically stable.
- •7.Subjects willing to participate and able to give informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects with any other neurological problem
- •( traumatic brain injury, stroke, seizure,
- •etc.), any musculoskeletal condition (
- •shoulder subluxation, upper limb fracture,
- •etc.) which will interfare with the treatment.
- •2.Subjects with severe spasticity (grade >3, as
- •measured by Modified Ashworth Scale) in wrist
- •3.Subjects with contractures or deformities of
- •upper extremity.
- •4.Pain that interfares with the treatment.
