1.Subjects with incomplete spinal cord injury ( ASIA-B,C,D )
2.Level of injury C4 to C8
3.Subjects with post injury duration equal to or greater than 3 months.
4.Subjects able to demonstrate at least trace voluntary thumb movement.
5.Subjects with MMSE score equals to or greater than 24.
6.Subjects who are medically stable.
7.Subjects willing to participate and able to give informed consent.
1.Subjects with any other neurological problem
( traumatic brain injury, stroke, seizure,
etc.), any musculoskeletal condition (
shoulder subluxation, upper limb fracture,
etc.) which will interfare with the treatment.
2.Subjects with severe spasticity (grade >3, as
measured by Modified Ashworth Scale) in wrist
and hand.
3.Subjects with contractures or deformities of
upper extremity.
4.Pain that interfares with the treatment.
