Inclusion Criteria
Term pregnancy in undergoing LSCS under subarachanoid block (Spinal Anesthesia)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous history of rupture
2. Severe anemia
3. Coagulopathies
4. Cardiac, hepatic, renal diseses
5. Known conditions predisposing to atonic PPH like hydramnios, Multiple gestation prolonged labor.
6. Severe Pre eclampsia, eclampsia.
7. Women exposed to oxytocis in labor.
8. Women requiring General Anesthesia

Name Time Method Assessment of blood loss by noting the reduction in Hemoglobin percentageTimepoint: 1.Hemoglobin in gm/dl at time of admission , Hemoglobin 12 hours after the stoppage of intravenous fluids which corresponds to 48 hours after the surgery
- Secondary Outcome Measures
