- •Term pregnancy in undergoing LSCS under subarachanoid block (Spinal Anesthesia)
排除标准
- •1. Previous history of rupture
- •2. Severe anemia
- •3. Coagulopathies
- •4. Cardiac, hepatic, renal diseses
- •5. Known conditions predisposing to atonic PPH like hydramnios, Multiple gestation prolonged labor.
- •6. Severe Pre eclampsia, eclampsia.
- •7. Women exposed to oxytocis in labor.
- •8. Women requiring General Anesthesia
