Inclusion Criteria

Patients with seborrheic keratoses equal to or greater than 18 years of age who had been examined by means of dermatofluoroscopy (15.11.2017-31.12.2017).

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with no available dermatofluoroscopic measurements.

The primary objective of this retrospective study is to investigate patterns of the melanin-fluorescence spectra in pigmented seborrheic keratoses which were obtained before by means of dermatofluoroscopy.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Secondary objectives are the evaluation of the usability of dermatofluoroscopy in distinguishing melanoma from benign pigmented seborrheic keratosis and the differentiation between various types of seborrheic keratoses based on specific fluorescence signals and comparison of these results with clinical diagnosis.
