Patients above the age of 30
- Patients diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment
- Patients with sensorineural hearing loss on both ears ( air conduction > 55dB)
- Patients with less then 50% in speech discrimination
- Patients who are able to go under surgery with general anesthesia
- Patients with who are willing to participate in the study and had signed the written consent.
- Patients who are not able to understand the study
- Patients who have been diagnosed with other auditory diseases
- Patients who have been pointed out as an inappropriate candidate by the research staff for other possible reasons
