Inclusion Criteria
1.Postgraduate medical students who are appearing for examination (Annual exam and Supplementary exam) and are willing to be a part of the study will be included.
2.Students who have access to smart phone, laptop or tablet for listening to the intervention
Exclusion Criteria
1.Students with diagnosed pre-existing anxiety disorder or any other mental health problem will be excluded from the study.
2.Any student suffering from conductive or sensorineural hearing loss during the intervention period

Name Time Method To measure level of anxiety using Beck Anxiety Inventory Score amongst medical students appearing for exam pre post music therapy intervention <br/ ><br>Secondary outcome <br/ ><br>To measure WHO wellbeing index before & after 2 weeks of intervention in the study population <br/ ><br>To measure and compare the resting pulse rate before and after 2 weeks of intervention in the study population <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Total 140 minutes of music therapy is used as intervention over a period of two weeks
