Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Giving consent for study
- •2\.ASA Physical status I and II
- •3\.Spinal surgery
- •4\.BMI\- 18\.5 \- 27\.5 Kilogram/Meter square
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Inability to obtain informed consent
- •2\.History of ocular(posterior segment) or
- •intracranial surgery
- •3\.Pre\-existing intracranial/pulmonary pathology
- •4\.History of hypersensitivity to anaesthetic dugs.
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.History of ocular or cranial surgery
- •3\.Pre existing pulmonary diseade
- •4\.History of bradyarrythmias
- •5\.Patient on beta blockers
