Inclusion Criteria

?Microbiologically proven UTI
?Age>18
?Ability to consent
?NLUTD with practised ISC
?rUTI (used definition: more than 3 infections per year or two infections within 6 months)
?Non-antibiotic prophylaxis with UroVaxom, StroVac, Angocin, D-Mannose or bladder irrigation with saline
?Signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

?Patients practicing ISC with augmented bladder or continent pouches
?Inability to consent
?Intention-to-treat analysis for dropouts
