Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •?Microbiologically proven UTI
  • •?Ability to consent
  • •?NLUTD with practised ISC
  • •?rUTI (used definition: more than 3 infections per year or two infections within 6 months)
  • •?Non\-antibiotic prophylaxis with UroVaxom, StroVac, Angocin, D\-Mannose or bladder irrigation with saline
  • •?Signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • •?Patients practicing ISC with augmented bladder or continent pouches
  • •?Inability to consent
  • •?Intention\-to\-treat analysis for dropouts
