入选标准
- •1. Impingement syndrome from PE and Xray and MRI, 2. impingement syndrome, 3. failed conservative for six weeks, 4. age twenty to seventy years, 5. no calcific tendinitis from Xray or MRI finding, 6. negative Jobe test, 7. BMI less than thirty
排除标准
- •1. Adhesive capsulitis (Forward elevation less than one hundred twenty degrees), 2. Post trauma event, 3. Steroid injection before six months, 4. ER less than sixty degrees, 5. Glenohumeral joint arthritis, 6. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet affected to injection
