Inclusion Criteria
Presence of a signed declaration of consent
- of legal age
- Nursing profession in health care/nursing care or stationary geriatric care (e.g. geriatric nurse, geriatric nursing assistant, specialist for nursing assistance, health and nursing care, health and nursing care assistants/state certified nursing care assistants).
Exclusion Criteria
Known allergy to fragrances or oatmeal (IG only).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Maintenance of a good skin condition or improvement of existing skin changes on the hands. Examination (OHSI-Score) of the hands conducted by a dermatologist at T1 (after 3 months) [optional at T1, according to the current state of the pandemic] and T2 (after 6 months), survey of the participants with standardised questionnaires at T1 and T2.
