Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1\) patient who candidated for ACL surgery,
- •2\) aged 20\-50 yrs,
- •3\) ASA physical status I, II.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) presence of coexisting diseases (coagulative, seizure, cardiac, ...),
- •2\) history of smoking, opioid and alchohol addiction,
- •3\) allergy to morphine or local anesthetic,
- •4\) patient refusal .
