Subjects tested positive on Neers impingement test
Subjects aged between 40 and 60 years
Visual analog scale VAS 5
Patients with restricted external rotation 40 degrees) and overhead reach of 150 degrees.
Exclusion Criteria
Open wounds
Infection
Acute injuries of shoulder
Recent surgeries of shoulder
Swelling
Rheumatoid arthritis
