Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects tested positive on Neers impingement test
- •Subjects aged between 40 and 60 years
- •Visual analog scale VAS 5
- •Patients with restricted external rotation 40 degrees) and overhead reach of 150 degrees.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Open wounds
- •Acute injuries of shoulder
- •Recent surgeries of shoulder
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Reflex sympathetic dystrophy
- •Adhesive capsulitis
