Inclusion Criteria

Thai Older adult age 60 years old
Have been diagnosed with type 2 DM more than 1 year

Exclusion Criteria

Can not understand Thai language
Can not speak Thai language
Have been diagnosed with TBI, Stroke, dementia, psychiatric disorder,
Have severe complications such as diabetic retinopathy, cerebrovascular disease, renal failure, cardiovascular disease
Can not keep up with one year follow up
