入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Age :18-60 yr
- •2)Weight :50 kg to 80 kg
- •3)American society of Anaesthesia grading: I and II
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal to take part in study
- •2)Contraindications to Inter scalene block (severe lung disease, contra lateral diaphragmatic paralysis, Bleeding disorders, local or systemic infections).
- •3)Allergy to study drugs
- •4)Bradycardia (PR-60/min)
- •5)Pre-existing neuropathy
- •6)Patient who has difficulty in expressing pain score like hearing disability, mentally challenged ,dementia, or psychiatric illness(inability to comprehend the visual analogue scale)
- •7)Systemic use of corticosteroids for 2 weeks or longer within 6 months of surgery.
- •8)Pregnant woman
