- •Patients presenting with classical symptoms and signs of acute conjunctival inflammation e.g.
- •Discomfort,
- •Foreign body sensation,
- •Pain, eyelid swelling,
- •Conjunctival congestion,
- •Discharges,
- •Pre-auricular lymph node enlargement,
- •Matting of cilia,
- •Crusting of lids etc.
排除标准
- •1.Patient not willing for registration.
- •2.Complicated conjunctivitis e.g. with glaucoma, uveitis, corneal ulcer, panophthalmitis/ enophthalmitis, dacryocystitis, episcleritis, scleritis, dry eye etc.
- •3.Patients presenting after 7 days of ocular complaints.
- •4.Specific conjunctivitis (Tuberculous, lepromatousconjunctivitis etc.)
- •5.Patients of ocular trauma.
- •6.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
