Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Any adult consenting patient of undergoing distal gastrectomy for benign or malignant indication at Department of surgical gastroenterology, AIIMS Patna will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Gastroparesis.
- •Patients with previous gastrectomy, or small bowel surgery precluding construction of either form of anastomosis
- •Patients with radiological evidence of carcinomatosis
- •Patients who were admitted for emergency gastrectomy for complications related to the tumor
