- •- LV-dysfunction (EF < 30%)

- •- systemic infection
- •- psychiatric disorders that lead to alteration in perception and evaluation of pain
- •- pregnnancy
- •- Anticipated endotracheal intubation > 24 hours
- •- eGFR <30 or chronic renal disease
