入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Young women presenting with associated symptoms of menstruation
- •2)Menstruating young women willing to participate and giving informed consent
- •3)Age group14-20 years
- •4)Unmarried female
- •5)Females having regular menstruation (28±3days) & bleeding period 3 to 5 days.
排除标准
- •1) Menstruating young women not willing to participate and giving informed consent
- •2) Age less than 14yrs or more than 20yrs
- •3) Married female
- •4) Female taking any kind of medicinal/hormonal treatment for menstrual cycle disorders 5) Females having history of any chronic diseases.
- •6) Females having known history of stress/ anxiety disorder / depression
- •7) Any other criteria other than inclusion criteria
