Inclusion Criteria
Consecutive patients of both genders who present to Kasturba Hospital, Manipal with suspicion of connective tissue disease (including clinical diagnosis and duration of illness) and tested for antinuclear antibodies will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients tested for autoantibodies other than antinuclear antibodies and patients previously diagnosed with connective tissue disorders and tested for antinuclear antibodies will be excluded from the study.

Name Time Method The frequency and sequence in which the tests are requested, as well as the benefits, if any, of parallel testing and / or need of any modification of the existing Immunoblot panel for detection of antinuclear antibodies can be analyzed for better patient management.Timepoint: 18 months

Name Time Method Document the presence of rare auto-antibody patterns seen in Indirect immunofluorescence.Timepoint: 18 months
