Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled at AIIMS, New Delhi
- •2\.Clerical staff regular/ contract working at AIIMS, New Delhi
- •3\.Students and employee willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. diagnosed with psychiatric illness(depression. schizophrenia)
- •2\. having any physical disability hindering their physical activities with locomotor disability
