Inclusion Criteria
GRADE II AND III COPD ACCORDING TO GOLD GUIDELINES
Exclusion Criteria
•Complicated cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.
•Patients with clinically significant lung disease other than COPD
•Patient on systemic corticosteroid therapy.
•History of Myocardial infarction.
•Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•Psychotic patients
•HIV/HBsAg/AntiHCV positive and immunocompromised patients.
