Including criteria : Participants who had B.S. of nursing or associate degree of operation room; These who have been working in CSR or operation room as a surgeon assistant more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria: Participants who didnt have B.S. of nursing or associate degree of operation room; These who have been working in CSR or operation room as a surgeon assistant less than 3 months.
