Inclusion Criteria
- •\- men and women between 18\-70 years old
- •\- with a opioid induced hyperalgesi
- •\- have tried conventional detoxification without success
- •\- no allergy to IMP
- •\- have to quit smoking approxiamatly 3 months before enetring trial
- •\- women have to use anticonception during study and after three months of study period ending
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes

Exclusion Criteria
- •\- seroius disease or other clinical symtoms indication underlying disorder according to American Society of Anasetsia classification system.
