Inclusion Criteria

- men and women between 18-70 years old
- with a opioid induced hyperalgesi
- have tried conventional detoxification without success
- no allergy to IMP
- have to quit smoking approxiamatly 3 months before enetring trial
- women have to use anticonception during study and after three months of study period ending

Exclusion Criteria
