Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- men and women between 18\-70 years old
  • •\- with a opioid induced hyperalgesi
  • •\- have tried conventional detoxification without success
  • •\- no allergy to IMP
  • •\- have to quit smoking approxiamatly 3 months before enetring trial
  • •\- women have to use anticonception during study and after three months of study period ending
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • •Number of subjects for this age range:
  • •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
  • •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- seroius disease or other clinical symtoms indication underlying disorder according to American Society of Anasetsia classification system.
