- •patients with a new episode of septic shock
- •- fulfilling the criteria of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine (ACCP/SCCM) Consensus Conference
- •- admitted to the emergency room or proceeding from clinical wards.
排除标准
- •status asthmaticus,
- •contraindication for central venous catheter (CVC) application or chronic blood transfusion,
- •known pulmonary hypertension,
- •all surgical and trauma patients,
- •patients admitted ¿ 24 hours from the onset of first episode of sepsis induced hypotension
