People over 15 years of age
with non-baseline lesions larger than 2 cm diagnosed by endoscopy or colonoscopy .
Patients with a history of anticoagulant use who are unable to stop it.
patients with coagulation disorders (such as hemophilia, deficiency of other coagulation factors, thrombocytopenia, etc.) .
Patients who experience rapid bleeding during endoscopy or colonoscopy.
those who experience bowel perforation due to the depth of mucosectomy or insertion of clips to close the perforated lesion.
