Inclusion Criteria

Age 18-70y; Radiologically confirmed lumbar and/or thoracic osteochondrosis and/or chronic thoracic Backpain (M42.1-, M42.9-); Barthel-Index >70

Exclusion Criteria

Age <18 or >70y; bodyweight >150kg, radikulopathies, wounds in the area of treatment; Red flags of the spine; known allergies; Previous operations on the spine; local glucocorticoid injection <3 months; >1 non-appearance for therapy or Rehab-cancellation; Rheumatic disease
