- Patient of BPH may get relief with Kanchanar Guggulu or Bala Taila.

简要总结
A group of 2 where in 20 patients diagnosed with BPH in each group of Age group 50 to 80 yrs will be selected for the study. Group 1 will be given Kanchanar Guggulu and Group 2 will be given Bala Taila Uttar basti and results will be compared as per the statistical analysis.

入选标准
- •Subject with signs and symptoms of Mootrasteela (BPH), Age Group 50-80yrs, BPH as per the International Prostate Symptom Score Index, USG s/o Increased Size Post Void Residual Urine.
排除标准
- •Age above 40 years and above 70 years.
- •Patients of CA rectum, CA anal canal, CA prostrate CA bladder, CA penis, Fournier’s gangrene, cystitis, Hypoepispadias, Chronic Kidney Disease/ Acute Kidney Disease or any abdomino-pelvic pathology other than BPH.
- •Systemic diseases like Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus will be excluded, Bleeding disorder, Hematuria.

主要结局
Patient of BPH may get relief with Kanchanar Guggulu or Bala Taila.
时间窗: kanchanar Guggulu may show effect in 4 weeks and bala taila may show effect in or below 4 weeks in BPH
次要结局
- Patient may get relief from BPH with the use of Kanchanar Guggulu faster than Bala Taila(Patient taking Kanchanar Guggulu may get relieve in 4 weeks while with Bala Taila in 6 to 8 weeks)
