Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients undergoing hip arthroplasty
2. Age group 18-70 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any sign or symptom of local or remote site infection
2. Previous surgery of hip causing alteration of anatomy of joint and surrounding soft tissue
3. Tumours of the hip
4. Cases with femoral bony deficiencies
5. Pre-existing deformities or pathological conditions of the hip
