Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Healthy elderly people aged 60 to 80 years; Both genders; Independents for standing and walking with or without auxiliary devices

Exclusion Criteria

  • Elderly with amputation in lower limb or immobilized; Musculoskeletal disorders limiting or restricting the performance of training; Chronic or progressive neurological changes of central or peripheral origin, with motor limitations; Limiting or hindering pain in the execution of the proposed activities; Visual or auditory changes without use of corrective apparatus; Cognitive deficit, with a score lower than 14 evaluated by the Mini Mental State Examination; Skin changes (pain, open sores, hyperesthesia, anesthesia) or metallic implants in the region of the scalp; Cardiac disorders and respiratory diseases not treated or controlled or that have symptoms of shortness of breath, tachycardia; Be on treatment with chemotherapy or hemodialysis; Use corticosteroids or medicines that limit or lower the level of sleep and wakefulness; Do not agree and sign the Term of Free and Informed Consent
