Inclusion Criteria
1.All patient with symptomatic WON (4-6 weeks after acute attack) with or without previous percutaneous catheter drainage
2.Both sex within age limit of 15 years to 80 years
3.Should have WON in lesser sac or in vicinity of stomach or duodenum, (which will be amenable to ETLD or LTGN) with or without extension in deep retroperitoneum like paracolic gutters or colonic mesentery

Name Time Method 1.Sepsis reversal <br/ ><br>2.Normalization of organ failure <br/ ><br>3.Resolution of other indication for intervention (fever, jaundice, GOO etc) <br/ ><br>4.Resolution of WON <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline, day 3, day 7, day 14 after intervention(or repeat intervention) and weekly to maximum at 90 days after first intervention <br/ ><br>
