- •Orthopaedic patients of either gender, aged 18-60 years posted for elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia in supine position
- •-Consented for participating in the study ASA physical status I or II
排除标准
- •Unwilling to participate in the study
- •Pre-existing cardiovascular, renal, respiratory illnesses Emergency surgeries
- •Patients who have received preloading of IV fluids Patients with difficulty in communication
- •Anticipated severe intraoperative blood loss needing blood transfusion
