Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients admitted in medicine Intensive care unit of Age \> 18 years and willing to give written informed consent either by themselves or their relative, who developed acute kidney injury (using 6 hourly urinary output As per KDIGO criteria)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 \- Patient with ICU stay duration of less than 48 hours
- •2 \- Pregnant females
- •3 \- Known case of CKD (GFR less than 60ml/1\.73 m2 for 3 months or more, persistent proteinuria for 3 months or more and abnormal renal imaging)
- •4 \- Solid organ transplant recipient
- •5 \- History of receiving renal replacement therapy before admission to ICU
- •6 â?? Patients who are not catheterized
