Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Scapular dyskinesis test \- Positive\- type 1 scapular dyskinesia
- •Players practicing weekly 2\-3 days
- •players who are players for more than 1 year
- •Players willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Type 2 and type 3 scapular dyskinesia
- •Recent injuries, Fractures to upper limb, vertebrae or ribs
- •who are on any other exercise protocol
- •any kind of radiating pain in the arm
- •any cardiovascular diseases
- •any respiratory diseases
- •any anti\-inflammatory diseases
