Cervicalcancer is life threatening disease in the women in reproductive and postreproductive age. The incidence of cervical cancer and its mortality rate isvery high in India comparing to other nations. During previous screening campsconducted, we witnessed more number of beneficiaries in this regard and manywomen found to have high risk for cervical cancer. Owing to this problem inparticular area, this project is undertaken. Screening will be done for 500women with well-prepared questionnaire, clinical symptoms and by pap smeartest. The 100 women who come under high risk of cervical carcinoma will betaken for the preventive care by Ayurvedic intervention. Sthanika chikitsa by Yoniprakshalana with freshly prepared Guduchyadi kashaya and Yoni Pichu withGuduchyadi taila will be done for 7days. The pap smear will be repeated onfollow up at the end of one month. The recorded data will be analyzedstatistically, presented in international conferences and publish ininternational peer reviewed journals. Thus helping the women community worldwide.

- •1.Women screened by pap smear and having abnormal cervical cells with or without actual symptoms of cervical cancer.
- •2.Women with normal pap smear but evidence of clinical symptoms of affected cervix.
- •Irrespective of parity.
- •4.Irregular or inter menstrual bleeding 5.Post-menopausal bleeding 6.Post coital bleeding 7.Abnormal vaginal discharge with or without foul smell 8.Pelvic pain.

- •1.Abnormal pap smears which needs higher investigations.
- •2.Cancer in situ, advanced stages.
