Inclusion Criteria
- •Be properly enrolled in any school; Be between 10 and 18 years old; To present a free and informed consent form signed by the parents or guardians; Present medical release for physical activity
Exclusion Criteria
- •Do not be aged between 10 and 18 years; Have some physical or mental deficiency; Use controlled medications; Do not present auotorization of the parents and the doctor to practice physical activity
