入选标准
- •1. permanent first molars in upper or lower arch that
- •1.1 deep pit and fissure
- •1.2 ICDAS 0-2
- •1.3 no history of sealant or any restoration
- •2. children with cooperative behavior and consent for treatment
排除标准
- •1. Dental cavitated caries ICDAS 3-6
- •2. Present of proximal caries that should be restore
- •3. enamel hypoplasia or fluorosis
- •4. partial eruption tooth and no adequate to control the moisture
- •5. Present of restorations or prior sealants on the teeth
- •6. permanent first molars in the same arch but very difference in anatomy
- •7. uncooperative children
