Elective and Emergency surgery

Unilateral upper limb surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Hemodynamic instability

unwilling patient

History of hypersensitivity to drug

Local infection/inflammation

Patient having coagulopathy/Neuropathy

Unconscious patient
