1.Meeting DSM-5 criteria for schizophrenia and related disorders
2. At least one adequate antipsychotic trial
3. Patient is currently on a stable dose of antipsychotics for a minimum of 6-weeks
4. Presence of psychotic symptoms with any of the global subscaleââ?¬•s scores of SAPSââ?°Â¥3
5. Written informed consent (with the capacity to consent)
1. Subjects with contraindications for tACS/magnetic resonance imaging
2. Comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities, epilepsy, substance dependence, and Pregnancy/postpartum period.
