入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Wound size not less than 2.5cm
- •2.Wagner scale 2 & 3 wounds (scale 2 = ulcers extending into tendon, bone, or capsule and scale 3 =deep ulcer with osteomyelitis, or abscess)
- •3. Duration of ulcer more than one week but not more than 6 months
- •4. HbA1c level less than 7.5%
排除标准
- •1. Patients with critical limb ischemia who require revascularization or leg amputation
- •2. Chronic and severe wounds that have existed for more than 6 months
- •3. Patients who are on steroid therapy
- •4. Patients with cognitive impairment
- •5. Patients with severe lower limb immobility
