Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Wound size not less than 2\.5cm
  • •2\.Wagner scale 2 \& 3 wounds (scale 2 \= ulcers extending into tendon, bone, or capsule and scale 3 \=deep ulcer with osteomyelitis, or abscess)
  • •3\. Duration of ulcer more than one week but not more than 6 months
  • •4\. HbA1c level less than 7\.5%

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with critical limb ischemia who require revascularization or leg amputation
  • •2\. Chronic and severe wounds that have existed for more than 6 months
  • •3\. Patients who are on steroid therapy
  • •4\. Patients with cognitive impairment
  • •5\. Patients with severe lower limb immobility
