Inclusion Criteria
1. Clinically diagnosed Patients with chronic migraine as per ICHD criteria.
2. Patients aged between 18-60 years
3. Either gender
4. Willing to fill daily headache diary
5. Patient willing to sign written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Non-migrainous headache: tension-type headache; cluster headache; chronicparoxysmal or non-paroxysmal hemicranias
2. Familial hemiplegic migraine
3. Below 18 and above 60 years
4. Pregnancy and Lactating women
5. Patients with Neuropsychiatric illness
6. Patients with significant co-morbidity (DM,HTN etc).

Name Time Method Clinical assessment will be done and the response to treatment will be assessed using the following parameters: <br/ ><br>1. Visual Analogue scale (VAS) <br/ ><br>2. Migraine disability assessment Score (MIDAS)Timepoint: Day 0, 15 and 30.
