1.Healthy university students
2.Age 20-30 years
3.Students using a smartphone since more than 3 years
4.Students having SAS-SV cut off value- For girls-33
For boys-31
Exclusion Criteria
1.Students having any injury or fracture or any other neurological symptoms
2.Students using a smartphone for less than 3 years.
