Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Unilateral ACNES
- •Age 21\-50 years
- •Duration of pain \>3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Bilateral ACNES
- •Previously administered injections with corticosteroids, or PRF treatment
- •History of open abdominal surgery or neurectomy
- •Use of antiplatelet or anticoagulants
- •Known neuromuscular or neurodegenerative disease
- •Disorder known to cause a reduced IENFD
